लोचन - मन्मथ

कर्पूर इव दग्धोऽपि शक्तिमान् यो दिने दिने ।
नमोऽस्त्ववार्यवीर्याय तस्मै कुसुमधन्वने ॥

karpUra iva dhagho api shaktimAn yo dine dine ।
namostu AryavIryAya tasmai kusuma dhanvane ॥

Salutations to the one who is holding up the flower-arrows - Manmatha, the god of Love. His power increases day by day even after being completely destroyed like the burning of camphor.

लोचन - काय

यदि नामास्य कायस्य यदंतस्तद्बहिर्भवेत् ।
दण्डमादाय लोकोऽयं शुनः काकांश्च वारयेत् ॥

- लोचन

yadi nAmAsya kAyasya yat antaH tat bahiH bhavet ।
danDam AdAya loko ayam shunaH kAkAnshcha vArayet ॥

- lochana

If what is there in this body is turned inside out, then the entire world would be chasing dogs and crows away. For them, body is just meat.
