भजगोविंद स्तोत्र - भगवद्गीता किंचिदधीता

भगवद्गीता किंचिदधीता
    गंगाजलवकणिका पीता ।
सकृदपि यस्य मुरारिसमर्चा
    कुरुते तस्य यमोऽपि न चर्चाम् ॥

bhagavadgIta kinchidadhItA
    gangAjalavakaNikA pItA ।
sakRudapi yasya murArisamarchA
    kurute tasya yamo api na charchAm ॥

Even if you read the Bhagavadgita even a little, drink a little water from Ganga, worshiped Vishnu a little - Yama (God of death) will not think about you.

tadaham bhaktyupahRutam ashnAmi prayatAtmanaH ॥

If you offer me anything with pure earnest devotion, I shall accept. It may be leaves, flowers, fruits or water. (as told by Lord Krishna)

यः शास्त्रविधिमुत्सृज्य वर्तते कामकारतः ।
न स सिद्धिमवाप्नोति न सुखं न परां गतिम् ॥

If one leaves the path shown by the scriptures and follows his desires, then he will not attain self realization. He will not be happy. He will not attain salvation also.
