स्वप्नवासवदत्त - मृत्यु

कः कं शक्तो रक्षितुं मृत्यु काले
    रज्जुच्छेदे के घटं धारयन्ति ।
एवं लोकस्तुल्यधर्मो वनानां
    काले काले छिद्यते रुह्यते च ॥

kaH kam shakto rakShitum mRutyu kAle
    rajjut Chede ke ghaTaM dhArayanti ।
evam lokaH tulya dharmo vanAnAm
     kAle kAle Chidyate ruhyate ca ॥
