ये तीक्ष्णमंत्राः सचिवा भज्यन्ते सह तेन वै |
विषमेषु रथाः शीघ्रा मंदसारथयो यथा ||

Just like a cart is destroyed along with all its travelers because of going over horrible roads by a unskilled carts man, a king and his kingdom will be destroyed if he listens to a minister who has extreme views.
